Adding an ICS Feed

Google Calendar

  1. Go to https://www.google.com/calendar
  2. At the bottom of the left side press the Arrow next to Other Calendars
  3. Select Add by URL
  4. Paste the URL and press Add
  5. If you want this calendar to be visible on iOS please go to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect and Check the Cally.com calendar and press Done

IBM Notes

Assumed Lotus Notes is set as default calendar program pressing ICS file results in two options:

  1. Add
  2. Import

Select Add, you will get a screen like below

After pressing OK it displays as one of the calendars listed under the Show Calendars option in the navigation.

iCloud on a Mac

  1. On your Mac, click on the ICS feed link
    You should get a popup like this, just press OK or Launch Application (depending on your OSX version)
  2. You'll get a new popup like this, just press Subscribe
  3. Now you get a popup like this

    Please uncheck Remove Alerts & Attachments
    Modify Auto-refresh to Every 5 minutes
  4. If your screen looks like this press OK and you're done

iCloud without a Mac

Not possible, see https://weekcalendar.zendesk.com/knowledge/articles/204824621 to add a subscription to your iOS device manually

Outlook.com

  1. In https://www.outlook.com/calendar Click Import
  2. Click Subscribe
  3. In the Calendar URL paste the one you just copied
  4. Enter a name for the calendar and choose a color
  5. Click Subscribe

Office 365

  1. Go to https://portal.office.com/calendar
  2. Press Add Calendar at the top left
  3. Select From Internet
  4. In the Internet Calendar area of the pop-up paste the URL
  5. Give the calendar any name you like in the Calendar name field
  6. Then press Save

Yahoo

  1. Go to https://www.yahoo.com/calendar
    If the left panel is hidden, click the Arrow Icon in the left margin.
  2. At the bottom of this section, press the Manage icon next to Others
  3. Select Follow Other Calendars
  4. Paste the URL in the iCal Address field and give the calendar any name you like
  5. Press Continue

Outlook Desktop (Not Synchronized)

  1. On your PC, log in to our website
  2. Select Account at the top right
  3. Scroll down a bit, copy the URL starting with webcal:// 
  4. Paste it in a text editor and add .ics at the end
  5. Copy the modified URL including .ics
  6. Now, go to Outlook
  7. Select Calendars at the left bottom
  8. Select Other Calendars
  9. Right Click and select Add Calendar
  10. Select From Internet
  11. Now Paste the modified URL you copied earlier
